Return Policy
We want you to love it. If you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. All the products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return any of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund . Aaistores Gift Certificates are nonreturnable. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our Standard Return Policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If item is eligible for "Free Return Shipping" you will receive return label by email.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, No returns allowed on custom orders. Mattresses, bedding and linens are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy.

How To Return An Item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any items labeled non-returnable on the product page of our website
  • Any item that has been modified or used in any way, assembled, installed, etc
  • Any personal use products (for reasons surrounding Health & Sanitation).
  • Custom orders (i.e. products that are built-to-order or personalized in any way)
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.
  • Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
  • Large Quantities, Special Orders or Project Quotations: When ordering large quantities or special orders for large projects, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation, some manufacturers will not allow returns on large quantities.
    Expedited shipping and charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations.

Missing Parts
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please us at 1-XXX-XXXX within 24 hours and we will provide you the replacement parts free of charge.

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us within twenty four hours. If the package is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.  If you accept the delivery without notating any damage to the product, you cannot return the delivery to for a refund; however, you can contact us for replacement parts. Should you choose not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for credit as outlined in our Standard Return Policy.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the shipping queue or shipped by either ourselves or the distributor. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped or added to the shipping queue by either us or the distributor the terms of our returns policy will take effect. In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable. Orders may be canceled as long as they have not shipped out. Exceptions are specials orders, orders that have shipped, or will be shipping within 48 hours of your cancellation request. Specials orders are defined as any order where a fabric, size, color or customization was selected. A cancellation number will always be assigned upon cancellation. You will need to provide this cancellation number in the event of any discrepancy. Orders without a valid cancellation number will be subject to our full return policy if the order was refused. Special orders can only be canceled within 3 days of the purchase and are nonrefundable. Please call 1-XXX-XXXX to cancel for fastest service or Submit cancelation request. Orders already in transit can't be canceled.
